Spring Meeting

The sun is out and it is time to garden! How about getting together on Sunday, May 3rd at 4pm? (Sunday, May 10th was also considered but that is Mother's Day weekend). We will have a BBQ available so bring food as well. We can use the initial part of the gathering to clean up our plots and the yard, paint signs for our plot and perhaps add compost to the plots. There is free compost available at Joyceville Pen and a few of us may go up the day before to bring some to the garden. Hope to see you there. Rupa

Sunnyside Diggers Work Bee

Saturday April 25th at 1pm at the garden
We will be digging-out beds 2 and 7 to control the tree root encroachment. Bring a shovel and your elbow grease. Should be a beautiful day in the garden!

Garden Bed Expansion RAINDATE: Sunday 19th

Three new bed frames were built on Sunday April 19th. I'm in the process of contacting new members on our waiting list. Everyone: feel free to use the wheelbarrow to help me fill these new beds with soil from our piles in the back of the lot! Joey
